At The E.L.E. Center, we believe that athletics are just the beginning—true transformation happens when mindset, character, and leadership are developed alongside performance. We partner with middle and high schools across Central Ohio to mentor young men, guiding them to unlock their potential, build discipline, and become tomorrow’s leaders.

Why We Exist

When founder LaMarr Daniels reflected on his journey—from competing as an athlete to coaching young men to leading at the federal level—he saw a recurring truth: talent alone isn’t enough. Many young men lack consistent mentorship and leadership training to thrive beyond school and sport. The E.L.E. Center was born from that insight—a program that blends structure, discipline, and character development to prepare young men for life.

What We Do

We bring structured, on-site mentorship and coaching directly to schools—no gym membership required. Through targeted sessions in mindset, discipline, and leadership, we help students:

• Build mental resilience and a growth mindset
• Develop communication, teamwork, and accountability
• Translate discipline into purpose-driven success in academics and life

Who We Serve

Meet LeMarr Daniels

LaMarr Daniels is a former collegiate athlete, strength and conditioning coach, and GS-14 Division Chief within a federal agency supporting defense logistics. Holding an MBA and pursuing a PhD in health and mental fitness, LaMarr brings a rare combination of athletic experience, leadership expertise, and a deep passion for mentorship. His mission is simple: to develop the next generation of young men who lead with purpose, character, and discipline.
